Changing font sizes in Blue Griffon

Hi:  I use Blue Griffon to maintain my website and have not been able to change the font size of text on a page.  The various headings tabs seem to change fonts sometimes and not at other times. Any help with this will be greatly appreciated.  By the way finding this group will be a great help using Blue Griffon.

There are two ways of changing the font size: through the ugly and
deprecated <font> element, and through CSS. The only available way
in BlueGriffon is CSS, <font> is something I refused to implement
and maintain.
