[BlueGriffon] Preview of 2.0 for OS X

Hi there,

By popular demand (lots of private messages about it), here is a first
preview of BlueGriffon 2.0 for OS X:

Built on El Capitan linked with 10.11 SDK.

Warnings:
---------


- it's HIGHLY recommended to NOT overwrite your existing 1.7 or 1.8
version ; install it for instance in /tmp instead of /Applications
- it's VERY HIGHLY recommended to start it creating a dedicated
profile:

open BlueGriffon.app --args -profilemanager

because it could corrupt your 1.7/1.8 profile

- add-ons will NOT work with it, don't even try to install them in
your test profile

- it's a work in progress, expect bugs, issues and more

- no, there is no Windows version because I'm working on the OS X
version first. The Windows version will be derived from that one
when it's ready.
