Getting Error: DNS server unable to resolve address on auto-email

Greetings,

 

I am having problems with an auto-email script. I did a DIAGNOSE AUTOEMAIL and these are the last statements from the diagnose

Where is that “SET HOST=PRDRDL2” coming from? The script (PDFRDL2) itself does not have it.

In you rIPINITxx, do you have a “EMAIL SMTPD=hostname” statement?

Also, in your IPINITxx, do you have a “SET DNS1=” and a ‘SET DNS2=” for backup purposes?

Do you have a properly stated DEFINE NAME for a he script (including stating that it's a script)?

all my auto email scripts start with :

SET HOST=mail.server

 

i remember puzzling over this in th manual where it is unclear.

mine work with SET HOST=
