We have z/VSE 3.1.2. We have a job that uses FLASH-COPY. For some reason it stops working and send the following messages:

IXFP62I RC=09 ERROR DURING FLASH-COPY ESTABLISH

8FA2I TRIED FLASHCOPY, NOT AVAILABLE RC=64 PROCESSING CONTINUES

The return code 64 said IXFP/SNAPSHOT not supported by device, that’s not true. I don’t find any explanation about RC=09. Does anybody knows how to activate it again without IPL the system?
