One day science festival for P1 @ Koncerthuset on the 23. november from 13-17

Hello BiologiGaragen,

I'm writing on the behalf of Orange Innovation, who have been invited by danish radio channel P1 to plan and arrange an one day science festival in DR's Koncerthus on the 23. november. One of the festivals themes is "Shit", which in broader terms revolves around the idea of reusing wasteproducts and turning them into something new and useful. We are very interested in cooperating with BiologiGaragen in creating the lab and the activities. Would any of you from Biologigaragen be interested in joining forces with us and get involved with making this festival?

I just got contacted again and there is a budget of 4500 that can be used as we like more or less..

Thank for your mail, we would be very happy to collaborate with you.

In regards to the programm, it would optimal if the workshops that you arranged addressed the human body and the possibility of reusing (for environmental, medical, etc. purposes) waste materials from humans. Because of the very short notice, i am also aware that it would be unlike that you had time to develop an new/untested workshop, so i am very much open to your suggestions.

We have funds that we can allocate you, but only in the range of 3000 to 4000 kr.

I am Miriam from BiologiGaragen. We are very happy to be invited at the P1 festival. Thank you for your effort to organize the event. 

We would like to set up a table with two, maybe three diy microbiology workshops.  

However, given the short notice, we would like to know:

(1) if we can still have a spot in the event? 

(2) if yes, is there any allocated budget that we can use?

As you all know the 23th of November is fast approaching, and i would like to know whos contact information i should pass on to our production manager, who will be in charge of arranging the technical details in Koncerthuset

When you have a closer idea about the content for your workshops, i would also like to get the details, in order to communicate them on the the Danish Corporation
