Hi All,
We are launching a new class series this month (yes in the midst of moving!), Introduction to Protein Folding on Sunday mornings.
One of the continuing challenges in finding new drug targets is understanding the underlying structure of a protein or virus. In this multi- week class we will give you an introduction into protein folding and structure using the FoldIt video game as an instructional platform.
After developing basic understanding of protein folding with FoldIt, let’s see if we can design an interesting protein ab initio (i.e. from scratch) using the underlying Rosetta software!
