Attached is an invitation for a bicycle event sponsored by Councilmember Lyles on Saturday, March 21. I would like to encourage all of you to attend. There is a complimentary breakfast prior to the event, followed by a brief presentation and a short bicycle tour. Please forward and encourage your friends and contacts to attend.
