Start Your Engines for Race to the Beach 2014!!

Ladies and gentleman start your engines, or put on your walking shoes, or pump up the tires on your bicycle and get ready for the Race to the Beach Clean Commute Challenge June 2 through August 29.

By participating in the Race to the Beach Clean Commute Challenge, you’ll save gas and be eligible to win prizes like a free beach vacation!

We’ll start with Kickoff Week June 2-6. Everyone that logs at least one clean commute this week will be entered to win a Kindle Fire HDX!

Here’s how it works:

-          Go to RaceToTheBeach.com and register to participate.

-          Decide how you’re going to clean commute to work this summer. You can carpool or vanpool, ride the bus or the LYNX light rail, walk, bike, telework or work a compressed work schedule.

-          Log your commutes at RaceToTheBeach.com.

-          Log a clean commute the week of June 2nd to be eligible for a Kindle Fire HDX!

-          Then clean commute at least 12 more times (average once a week) June 2 through August 29.

-          Once you reach 13 clean commutes logged, you’ll be entered to win great prizes including a free beach vacation.

Register at www.RacetotheBeach.com and start logging your clean commutes. You can track your progress, race against Clean Commute Characters, and read about each blogger's experience with clean commuting!

Don’t let your family, friends, and coworkers get left at the starting line.  Tell them to sign up for the Race and mention the Race on Twitter and Facebook using #RacetotheBeach

Visit RacetotheBeach.com for more details.
