Windless

A few weeks ago I asked for some help with my windless. A lot of good ideas were offered. Turns out the brushes were part of the problem. There are no spare parts. Friend of mine took motor to shop and they turned down the commutator, which was oxidized and felt there was some life in brushes. They got the motor working.
The enclosed photo shows how badly corroded the interior was. Gears are all rusted.
We think we can get it all cleaned up and back to working.
