Dead A/C Blower Motor

Hi everyone,

The blower motor for my A/C (CruisAir Stowaway Turbo 12k BTU) appears to
be "pining for the fjords." Can anyone suggest where to find a
replacement motor?

A bit of exploratory surgery shows that the motor lives inside the
squirrel cage style blower fan. Has anyone replaced one? Any gotcha's? I
wonder how easily the motor and fan shaft will separate after years of
mostly continuous operation.
