Pretty close to pulling the trigger and trading my (2006) Beneteau 323 in for a New B 38. Anyone care to weigh in before I make the plunge?

If you can afford it, then go for it. We have the 45 and love it. Friends have the 38 and totally enjoy its sailing characteristics and motoring. Another benefit is that don't have to update systems for 5 years or so.
