As a member of PS1, thought I'd post here and let ya'll know about an event that another club I'm involved with is having. CHAOS is a brew club in Chicago that is somewhat like PS1, in that we have our own shared space and equipment, but ours is fully to beer making. So I wanted to invite anyone who's interested to a couple of things. First, if you guys would like to come by, hang out, and share some beer, we should find a weekend here in the next month or so. Second, one of our major quarterly events is coming up on October 18 at 6pm. We'll have over 30 beers, including 8 SMASH beers that used the same recipe but been fermented using different yeasts.
