Help accessing value inside span tag

Hi! I am quite new to using BeautifulSoup. I am trying to create a web scraper to grab values from allrecipes.com. I am trying to access a value inside a span tag and I'm having some difficulty.

Here is the html of the information I am trying to access. I am trying to get the "225 g butter, softened" value from the span tag. If anyone could help, I would greatly appreciate it!
