Could not find a proper state to initialise

Hi BEAST2 users:

I am attempting to set up a dating analysis in BEAST2, but I am getting the "java.lang.Exception: Could not find a proper state to initialise. Perhaps try another seed" message.

I am aware there have been previous postings on this topic. I have applied the suggested recommendations, with no success.

I tried attaching the xml file to this posting but its size is too big for the group. Hence, I am attaching a mock file, with sequences removed. If needed, I can provide the complete xml file to anyone willing to look at it.
