TL2009: bidibeamer.cls

TL2009 shipped bidibeamer.cls, which now is not part of TL.

I mentioned to run it by putting the cls, the sty and the bidi files
from TL2009 in a separate directory and setting the TeX path
accordingly.

The header of bidibeamer is as follows

I tried to contact the author, without success so far.
The problem with this cls, that R2L is correctly displayed but the
itemize/enumerate environments for L2R text is *not* displayed
correctly.

Does anybody know about that issue?
