Proposal for "Improve ElixirBench"

Hi community members,

I had just submitted my final proposal for GSoC 2018 for the project "improve ElixirBench". 

 Here it is 

I was in contact with the mentor of this project, Michal Muskala. 

I would like to thank him for taking out his invaluable time for guiding me through the process of writing this proposal as well as for helping me with issues that bothered me during this time.

I am really excited to start working with this amazing community.
