Extracting eMMC to image file on microSD card

Regarding the instructions and the file "beagleboneblack-save-emmc.zip" file located here:


I've used it successfully in the past.
Now I tried it on an "Arrow BeagleBone Black Industrial" board and it doesn't work.

Should this work?  
Or do I need something new?
