Fastest Startup Time for Debian Beagle Bone Black

Hi

Any recommendation which image I should use if i want the fastest startup time (desired is around 5s).
Is it required to use any of the existing images or to build the own debian to achieve this goal?

Any tips on how to reduce the start up time in generel?
Disable not used drivers?
