to BeagleBoard
Hi,

I  have a beaglebone black which is under ubuntu 14.04 -  kernel 4.1.13-ti-r36 installed following the well known eewiki page from Robert C Nelson.

I've use few days my beaglebone and, when I upgrade and reboot today, my computer (ubuntu14.04 also) is always looking for connection to the usb/beaglebone (192.168.7.2).

In order to understand what's happening, I plug an ftdi usb to the serial port : here is what has been returned...

I don't understand anything except I could not use my bbb until I re-flash my card. I've made an iso few days ago so I can easily used it but I'm curious...

Does anyone know what happens?

There is nothing obvious from the kernel log messages I've seen there. But what you could do is log into the system via your USB to serial adapter, and see what the state of various device interfaces are from the running systems standpoint. The "problem" could be something as simple as a configuration file / setting needing to be changed.
