fill blank BBB image

Hi,

I have downloaded a release version of pre-built kernels at https://debian.beagleboard.org/images/.

it is BBB-blank-debian* ,I did write it to the eMMC; however after boot-up in console (minicom) initramfs appears and I can go further.

What should I do now?

How can I fill the image and make it run ordinary, I mean file system etc?
