Hells Angel's legacy sparks fight

(Comments In Brackets My Own)
The heirs of a wealthy B.C. Hells Angels member and supermarket owner who
died last December are squabbling in court over his multimillion-dollar
estate - with two of his seven children claiming they were denied their fair
share.
Ross McLellan, 59, a longtime member of the Angels chapter in Haney, died of
natural causes on a flight to Maui on Dec. 13, 2006, part of a trip he was
taking with fellow members of the biker gang.

(The official verdict was heart attack but I still think his fellow
criminals might have given something that killed him by inducing a heart
attack.)

In a will written just months before he died, McLellan left the entirety of
his nearly $5-million estate to his seven children - but not in equal
amounts.
McLellan's three youngest children, aged 11, eight and six, whom he had with
his recently- estranged wife Rusten, were each given a 19-per-cent share.
Two children McLellan had from a past relationship with another woman, Meryl
Steen, who are now 18 and 16, were also given 19 per cent.
But McLellan's two other children - his eldest child Andrew and his daughter
Tabatha, 18 - were each given just a 2.5-per-cent share. (Andrew's age was
not available.)
In a phone interview from her home in Burnaby, Tabatha's mother Loretta
Trombinski said she was "shocked" to learn McLellan left her daughter such a
small amount.

"I want my daughter to be treated fairly," said Trombinski. "It's fair for
all of them to be treated the same."

Court in May, Trombinski - who was never married to McLellan - claims he was
paying her $1,200 a month in child support and that the amount set aside for
Tabatha in his will is not sufficient to take care of her in the future.

(Why did she settle for such a low amount of child support from a
millionairre? Afraid she would get her arm broken?)

Andrew McLellan, McLellan's adult son from a fourth relationship, has also
filed a claim against the estate, saying he too should be entitled to more.

Ross McLellan's father Douglas, who is executor of his estate, has not filed
a statement of defence in the case and could not be reached for comment.

(I have some sympathy. Financial planners usu. mention that it is not a good
idea to use an elderly relative like a parent to be an executor. This
individual in his old age has to settle an estate, deal with the media and
be involved in a court battle. Ross must have had a lawyer and should have
set aside some money for the lawyer to deal with it.)

Ross McLellan, who owned the SuperValu store in Vancouver's West End, was a
millionaire before joining the Angels in 1989, having made several
investments in the supermarket business and real estate.

(His HA goon squad used to hang out in the alley behind the store on Davie
St. Drug traffickers in the alley knew that the store employees would never
bother them and they had the added help of pipe wielding thugs. Beatings of
homosexuals and shoplifters was alleged by the English Bay Banner website.)

Documents filed in McLellan's probate case reveal the extent of his wealth -
including $4.2 million in real estate, plus a number of luxury cars such as
a 1989 Rolls Royce, 1990 Ferrari Testarossa and 2006 Hummer H2.
Also included in the file is a 13-page appraisal of the items in his two
Maple Ridge homes.
That list suggests McLellan was a big fan of animal trophies, including a
"mounted bald eagle with a mink in its claw, mounted on driftwood," two
rhinoceros tusks, a Bengal tiger rug and a stuffed marlin valued at $1,500.
McLellan also had valuable sports memorabilia, including autographed photos
of Mickey Mantle, Roger Maris and Joe DiMaggio.
The total value of the estate has not yet been established.
Police have repeatedly alleged the Angels are one of the most powerful
criminal organizations in B.C., something the club has denied.
In an interview with The Vancouver Sun in 1995, McLellan said he was not
involved in crime and that he joined the Angels "for the riding and the
camaraderie - end of story."
McLellan's devotion to the club is clear in his will, which specifies that
all his Angels jewelry should be delivered to the Haney chapter upon his
death.

(Club rules state that all such items which bear the copywrited HA emblem
are in fact the property of the club and that these items can't be sold and
must be given back to the club if a member leaves or dies. Court cases have
been fought over this. Nice of McClellan to mention that in his will lest
someone beat on his survivors to get it back. )

It also requests that he be given "a traditional Hells Angels funeral
service" in a wooden coffin, with fellow Haney chapter member serving as
pallbearers at the service.

(You mean he didn't want them urinating and defecating on his body like they
supposedly do at their initiations? Too bad he didn't use some of his estate
to set up a drug rehab for the many ppl addicted to drugs such as meth and
cocaine sold by HAMC.)

HA
is involved with
extortion, homicide, kidnapping, prostitution, meth and cocaine
dealing, rape, armed robbery and motorcycle theft and child
pornography
as well as phoney currency and witness intimidation and obstruction of
justice. They have been known to bribe and scare law enforcement
officers and judges into doing their bidding. These ppl must be
rooted
out of the Cdn justice system. Two judges have actually done their
job
and declared HAMC a criminal org and the Victoria Times-Colonist is
calling for it to be banned as a terrorist org.

The White Rock chapter Sgt.Of Arms, Villy Roy Lynnerup, recently was
arrested for trying to board an airplane at YVR
with a loaded firearm. Was probably going to crash the plane into the
Downtown courthouse or hold the passengers hostage in exchange for
the
release of Moms Boucher and all imprisoned full patch members. All
the
Hell's Angels, their supporters, associates etc. should be imprisoned
for twenty years
their children put in foster care and their assets seized.

Ppl are trying to get HAMC listed as a terrorist org. If you support this
then write letters to editors of local newspapers and your local MP.
As well John Les the solicitor-general of BC has advocated banning
the wearing of gang colours such as biker patches in bars. Since HA
is
known to frequent the College Place and the Cecil and has links to
various bars in BC that would be an improvement. The gang has a
history of intimidating
bartenders, infiltrating unions involved in the bar industry, beating
and killing strippers and beating customers to death at random for no
reason. Contact your MLA as well as the local media and tell them you
want this implemented sooner rather than later.
VPD is appealing again for info about the homicide of Maria Yvette
Monzon who was shot dead on the westside of Vancouver. She was killed
by HA but the police have never stated that. There is a reward.
