BayesOpt v0.8 released
Just in time for NIPS 2015, we are happy to announced the new release of BayesOpt library.

We will also be presenting new results at the BayesOpt workshop at NIPS2015.
Changelog:
-New save/restore functionality.
-Adding method to optimize standalone programs/processes via CLI or XML.
-Improved C++ API with new Parameters class.
-Cleaned API and tree structure.
-New demos/examples.
-Fixed bugs.
-Extended documentation.
-New license (Affero GPL v3)
