Has anyone had the problem of PETG sticking too well to plain window glass?  Printbed temp is 80C, not using anything to help it stick like hairspray, glue, etc., just plain clean glass.  The PETG sticks to it so well that it chips off some of the glass as it cools.

I think I might have to use something to keep it from sticking to the glass.

I'm printing PETG now. I use the purple glue stick.  It comes off easy with a razor scrapper.

I have a few boxes of Bin Wall electronics stuff I will bring to next meeting for members to dig through.  One box has over 100 ARM processor boards and cables in it.  All kinds of good stuff.

I used blue tape with PETG (on top of glass) and it worked well

I been using this https://www.amazon.com/Polyetherimide-Off-White-Standard-Tolerance-PEI0113/dp/B00CPRDDLY

And PETG,ABS,PLA stick without any residual leaving a glass finish on the bottom of my prints, I highly recommend it

Not to de-rail the conversation, but Marcel, what thickness of the PEI are you using? Is it bulldog clipped to glass to keep it flat?

is 0.03" or 0.7mm, I use a 3M Adhesive transfer tape which I use even with high temperatures and works well, but is better to use some kind of epoxy to glue it to the glass

I bought a 8" x 8" piece of PEI and clipped it to my glass bed on my Rostock to print PETG.
It sticks good if I clean it with acetone.  The clips do no hold it down good enough to prevent lifting of the PEI away from the glass in larger prints.
I will try to stick it down with the 3M stuff.
