I ran across this the other day and thought of all the reprappers out
there who'd like limit switches to keep their print heads from crashing
against whatever hardware defines the ends of their movement range.

A dime apiece is a nice price for limit switches, but you gotta order
at least 300. Since very few individual machines have much use for
more than a half-dozen, this might be a case where some folk might
want to put together a group order?
