AliExpress Experience

I just got some parts I ordered on AliExpress and the quality is so poor, I can't use any of the parts on my 3D printers.  It is obvious that the parts are some other company's quality control rejects and this vendor was trying to dump them.  Does anyone have experience opening a dispute with the vendor through AliExpress?  How did it go for you?
