She is  currently  practicing in Greeley, Colorado and is  employed by Banner Medical Group. During her residency she was an active volunteer at Asthma Camp for Michimac. She felt that she could relate to the children as she was once a young child who struggled with asthma. Dr Harding  empowers her patients to take charge of their asthma and that an asthma diagnosis does not have to hold them back from enjoying any activities. Her practice often attracts many patients who have asthma as a result of her desire and personal experience. Dr Harding is a national leader in Children's Asthma Care.
