IBA HEALTH CARD FOR BOI RETIREES -(DHS TPA)

Today I have successfully printed out the health card (e.card-id) of DHS for my spouse and main. The procedure is

First  open                         www.iba.dhs.com
Then   open                        Insured login
Then type user name          BOIxxxxxx  (Actual PF Number) Say BOI456789.                                                                           Then type pass word          BOIxxxxxx  (      Acttual PF Number) Say BOI456789

Click print out all E.CARD.

Hello Sir,

I am able to login myself and see the Ecard.

My father (deceased) was an employee of Bank of India and I had enrolled my mother for the policy.

However upon login, the details shown on the website mention my father name instead of my mother's name. Hence I am not able to generate E card for my mother.

Also I am not able to to Print Policy Terms and Conditions and General Exclusions.

Did u receive the actual policy document and are aware of inclusions/exclusions in the policy. If yes, pls share the details
