TPA of BANK OF INDIA is DHS ( Dedicated Health Care Services TPA (india)Private Ltd.

First scan self and spouse photo and keep them on Desktop in two separate file.

Open the site " iba.dhs-india.com" . window will open----------- Click on Insured Login( left side of the screen)--------  Put your ID & Password ( know it from your Bank) ------- Click on I agree to disclaimer and Login ---------- Upload photo  (170 x 140 Pixel) for Self and Spouse separately ------------ Click on Upload Photo( Left side of E card photo) ---------- Click on choose file. ----- Upload.--------   Confirm( Before confirmation check the photo  uploaded is correct) -------- Print in Photo paper( Print all E cards together)----- Cut the Card individually from print out( Through the dotted line) ------Fold the E card back to back--------Laminate it.

Presently Print out has been kept disabled by TPA for updating data.

to see the particulars from their website:

1 DHS(DEDICATED HEALTHCARE SERVICES lTD) (please check fromnet ) is the TPA for

1. Bank of India 2. Dena Bank 3. Nainital Bank Ltd 4. Bank of BarodICES

1)Log on to dhs

2)Click on My Account.

​ ​

3)Select IBA Login. (from the list )

​ ​

4)Select your Bank Name.

​ ​

5)Enter your Employee code.

​ ​

6)Enter your Employee code as Password and click on login.

​ ​

7)For E-cards, click on Enrollment details.
