Mr.Perumal Sir,

Thank you for uploading minutes of grievances cell.

I request you  to inform for the benefit of all Canara Bank retirees whether we can apply for medical reimbursement for present financial year any time or whether we have to wait for circular from bank every year.
Please clarify.

Dear Sirs,

Kindly inform us the position as regards Medical reimbursement to the CRS employees (Including 60 plus and otherwise) too, in your Canara Bank. Whether recent judgement of Andhra Bank case helping all CRS Employees in getting their righteous Pension hereafter with arrears and other benefits, in your bank too.henceforth. There are some Court Decisions that CR is not punishment at all and to be considered as the matter, its being treated as deficiency of the required efficiency while working. Please also advise us, what about some cases such as CRS as punishments too. Are they all eligible for 5 years notional benefit or not ?  Request all Experts to guide us suitably and awaiting. Whether 20 plus years of  pensionable service to be treated as full service and eligible for full pension or
not ? Pension Regulation 1995 /1996 not stopping CRS's pension in any way, yet banks are denying pension to such employes, what could be the reasons apart from  party to Frauds and forgery etc. Remember this, that this Andhra Bank Employee was not a pension op-tee in the Begin-ing (in 1995) and still Court ordered most justified pension payment to him, means all retirees whatever the class, must get pension with their other dues too soon. With Regards to all.

Yours Cordially,
Prof.M.R.Badi. Bangalore,
CRS-Pensioner w e f  01.03.1999,
so but again a Pre-2002 Case that of mine too now.

Dear Sir,
Canara Bank was granting the Medical Aid out of the allocated Staff welfare Fund only to the SUPERANNUATED Retirees.
From last year onwards only, this financial help is extended to the VRS and SVRS Retirees(PF and Pension optees).
In future, Bank may consider extending this benefit to all Ex-Employees irrespective of their mode of exit.

It is a good news that Canara Bank is generous enough to grant this medical aid to all the retirees. Hope soon other Banks also follow suit in extending these benefits to all the retirees.

Reimbursement should be paid annually during january every year  instead of waiting for circular from head office.  Will the bank act accordingly
