A retiree from Indian bank aged 75 wants to know who is the TPA for Indian bank and how to get the health card from TPA. Members from Indian bank, please help.

                                                 The TPA for Indian bank is Paramount Health Services.

1.In order to down load health card retiree has to visit the following link first:

https://www.paramounttpa.com/

2. Once you reach the above site you can  click on  "IBA Login" on top of the page.

3.In next window you can see Logo of Indian Bank along with other allotted banks name.

Here again click on logo of INDIAN BANK

4.Once you see the next window your login page will be there.

Log on with your a)User Name  and b) Password

a) User name will be your employee ID

b) Password will be your date of birth.

5. You can thus follow to next window for health card.

Although Corporation Bank has debited the premium during the second week of Nov 2015 till now we are not able to download the E card.

When contacted the toll free number of the TPA they informed that till date they have not received any update from Corp Bank and advise me to contact HRMD and they informed that till date there is no coverage.

With further reference to Mr.Mohan's message, I would like to add the following;

While keying in the password i.e., date of birth, please use 'slash' also. To be clear  an example is added: Do not type the pass word as say 12111949.  It should be keyed in as 12/11/1949.  Then only the pass word will work.

Thanks a lot. The information is required for an Octogenarian Indian bank retiree. He says his employee number is 14490. This number is incorrect, His initial service record number was 1448 and later on changed. He says the number may be 1449R. Unable to login. It seems he forgot his employee number. BoI has also debited insurance premium from retirees' accounts on 4th November,2015 but so far there is no information about e-card. Many senior citizens-Retirees - are in trouble. They do not know as to whom they should approach in the matter. If we send e- mail to Head office BOI , they do not respond at all . Indeed , a difficult situation for BOI retirees.

Mr.K.Srinivasan SR NO:1448 can try this for viewing his e-card for the health insurance scheme.

The check digit for his SR No is 21 and hence his modified SRNo with chk digit is 144821.

However, for all the purpose after retirement his original SRNO will hold good, since his PPO will contain this 1448 only.

Since all the SRNos are having 5 digits form, he may try his SRNO as 01448 for this purpose, if he failed in viewing his e-id card with 1448.

For downloading the E card of Mr K Srinivasan, Please visit https://www.paramounttpa.com/InstantE-Card/   He should select United India Insurance Co and select Employee ID  The group code is  IBANKR and then he should fill his SR No.  He may fill it as 1449 and he will get the E Card of K Srinivasan aged 80 years certainly.

Perhaps Dedicated health care services is TPA for BOB , you may confirm it from H.O. of the Bank. But DHA is a worst TPA.

By the way, for Bank of Baroda, click the following link:

Login id is: First type BOB followed by employee number.

The password is also same. I,e BOB followed by employee number

You will be asked to change password and furnish email id. You have to upload your photo subsequently. Then you can print your health card.
