Hi,
We are trying integrate a text chat application into our very own web application which is built on ruby on rails and angular js.Can anyone suggest me a very good existing text chat application as a plugin or api which we can directly integrate into our application.Both freeware and paid api can be acceptable.

For customer support, we had good experience with Olark (it is a paid, hosted application).
