Rishi Rao,

If you are already in to exploration with crossfit at office campus.......i think the best gym is any park closer to your house would be the best option....body weight exercises have truck load of options in those places.

Hi all,

Its my 4th week into commute cycling and I like that I leave myself no option other than to do my Mon-Fri office commutes by cycle and other local (groceries, etc) trip by cycle as well. I have also started crossfit (heavily subsidized in office) and have started my path towards better health with these activities.

I used to enjoy weight training and want to get back to it but the gyms are hugely unaffordable unless one opts for the 10-15k annual package. And I cannot afford that. Please let me know if anyone knows of a 700-900 a month (or 6-8k annual) gym (not the ones with the mumbo-jumbo cardio machines and fancy weight-training machines) with good bars, dumbbells, and squat racks (no smith machine).

I need the gym to be within a stone's throw to ITPL or BEML Layout.
