Internationalization of Bamboo

Hi folks -

This is related to the previous topic of bamboo.io hanging when creating new datasets with csv strings.  I did a few more tests this morning and narrowed down the issue to accented characters in the data.  Fortunately, when I attempt to upload it doesn't seem to affect the overall bamboo.io site anymore, but it hangs on the creation of the dataset in my program.  After I removed the accented characters (like déjà), it all worked as it should.  Has this been an issue in the past?

We haven't seen accented characters as a problem in the past, but I'm not sure we ever explicitly tested for them.  I've created an issue to address this, https://github.com/modilabs/bamboo/issues/614
