I am getting the following error during the build:

error MSB6006: "cmd.exe" exited with code 9009.

Is it about sipgen executable path?

I'm sorry that it has taken me this long to get to your email. I have been working on setting up a Windows build server for BALL and I'm learning along.

Are you still having this issue?
