New to Bacon; Attempt at ScrollSpy implementation - need pointers

Hi, posted a StackOverflow question here but assume it wouldn't hurt to mention it here as well

As described in the SO post, I would like to have a stream that will emit a value whenever the scroll position is close to the top position of a list of divs

I am not sure how I should approach this problem in the FRP paradigm, any help / pointers is appreaciated
