Backbone extensions fordealing with large collections

I am interested in dealing with large collections where it is infeasible to RESTfully "download" the whole collection.

I realize it requires server side support but I was wondering if there is any client side MVVM View Model that will allow pagination or infinite scroll pages, available as a Backbone extension.

Are there any Backbone extensions to deal with this ?
