Summer Season of Junior Sailing Program Begins FRIDAY!

Hey Roadrunners!

The Summer of Season of the Junior Sailing Program begins this weekend! Coach Kiel and I are looking forward to getting back out on the water with our Roadrunner sailors after the summer break. A reminder of our weekly practice schedule: 

FRIDAY: Opti I: Beginner 4:00-6:30

SATURDAY: Opti II: Intermediate & Opti III: Advanced 1:00-3:30, Laser & FJ 4:00-6:30

WEDNESDAY: Opti II: Intermediate & Opti III: 4:00-6:30

ALL PARTICIPANTS MUST REGISTER ONLINE PRIOR TO THE FIRST DAY OF PRACTICE. Sailors will not be allowed to participate until we have received your Summer Season registration. Even sailors registered for the Full-Year option MUST register again for the Summer Season. Please refer to your sailor's coach-recommended practice session on Spring Season Progress Reports when registering. 

Handbooks, reference materials, etc. will be distributed to sailors at practice. 

Please remember to bring your USCG-approved lifejacket, water shoes, sunscreen, hat, sunglasses, and a NOTEBOOK to practice. All practice sessions will meet in the Sail Training cabin for chalk-talk. Opti II/III sailors should be rigged and ready to sail before chalk-talk.
