DynamicMap use explicit create map if exist?

Hi!

I'm using autommaper in a old application. SomeTimes I need to map interfaces with implementations and other estrage things, and I decided to use Dynamic mapping because 

I couldn't find all the object to map.

My question is, DynamicMap use the created mapping definition or always create a map?
