Do you know if there is a way to deploy Crossbar app on OpenShift ?

I don't see a reason you shouldn't be able to do so.

Can you describe what kind of deployment and operation would be favored
by you?

As far as I understand, it should be possible to run Crossbar on
OpenShift in DIY cartridges:

Thanks Tobias,

In fact, i have not choose between Tornado and Crossbar.
I was much in favour of Tornado because I could deploy it on OpenShift.

But as you suggest, I will try to deploy Crossbar.

I would like to use Crossbar Push features.

I will certainly ask you more questions in a near future :-)

As far as I see, the relevant point with Tornado on OpenShift is: you
need a DIY cartidge. And the same seems to be true for any networking
framework that does work asynchronously and/or does not do simple HTTP
request/response networking, but e.g. WebSocket. Means: Twisted or
asyncio on Python 3.4+.
