Lining up for a clean up before v1.00

Hi guys,

Happy to note that today I finished integrating Derek's ICD10 PCS application to Au.

I have pushed the same to 'master'

You will also note there are only 3 branches now.

'master'

'for_release_1'

'new_drugbank'

Most of the work till Version 1 will focus on for_release_1 branch and the same will be converted to 'development' branch before releasing version1.

The work that remains before version 1 are:

1) Finish off Vaccination list and Investigation list

2) Prescription writing

3) Complete the OPD Visit app with the integration of ICD10, ICD10PCS, DrugBank, Investigation, Procedures, Prescription

4) General code clean up  :-)

@Derek: You can delete the 'new_drugbank' branch if you want.

@Richard: were you successsful in installing Au ? Please let me knw if you need help
