First round of 3.x alpha releases

Hi all,

Just now I released three library packages and one interface package for Aura 3.x, all in alpha:

- Aura.Di
- Aura.Router
- Aura.Payload_Interface
- Aura.Payload

These are all in support of the new Radar ADR implementation that uses Action-Domain-Responder instead of Model-View-Controller.

Please let me know if you find any problems, and thanks (as always) for supporting Aura!
