Hygiene Releases (2.x and 3.x)

Hi all,

With some prodding from Hari KT (thanks Hari!) I have made some "hygiene" releases today (these incorporate documentation improvements, support file updates, and so on).

In the 2.x series:

- Aura.Accept 2.2.3
- Aura.Autoload 2.0.4
- Aura.Cli 2.1.2
- Aura.Cli_Kernel 2.0.4
- Aura.Dispatcher 2.0.4
- Aura.Includer 2.0.3
- Aura.Router 2.3.1
- Aura.Sql 2.5.1
- Aura.SqlQuery 2.7.1
- Aura.View 2.2.1
- Aura.Web 2.0.4
- Aura.Web_Kernel 2.1.3

In the 3.x series:

- Aura.Payload 3.0.1
- Aura.Router 3.0.1

Only so many hours in the day. :-) Will release Di 3.x today/tomorrow with existing changes, and then review current PRs/issues thereafter.
