I was printing a piece and on the 4th or 5th layer the nozzle stopped extruding. Is anyone around that can clean out the nozzle?

I adjusted my settings and a big glob came out. It's printing fine now.

Please be aware that the CR-10S settings for PLA/PLA+/ABS are best when:

Acceleration is set to 500
Speed is kept no faster than 80mm/sec
Temperatures are kept between 185 and 230C
Bed is kept at 100C and below.

First layers are best at .25 to 0.30 mm.  You can then make the next layers thinner.  This will prevent first-layer nozzle hits on the blue print surface, and make it much easier to release parts when the print is finished.

Also make sure you level the printer at the beginning of your printing session.  Aim for about 100 micron, the thickness of a piece of paper, on all four corners -- then back them off another 1/4 to 1/2 turn of the wheel.  The center of the platform tends to bow upwards by 50 microns or so.
