Order confirmations for turn 2

I had a personal computer meltdown this week, and did not find the time to automate order confirmations. So for now, here's a manual report: I have received orders for factions 1, 5, 6, 7, 8, 12, and 13. If you think there is an error, and your orders are missing, please let me know. This week, everyone seems to be getting the email subject right, at least :-)

The turn will be at the same time as last week and any future weeks, on Sunday at noon PST (aka 21:00 CET).
