We have a team of developers and program managers that build web apps for Delta's aircraft maintenance division.  We're growing quickly and work across the street from the airport's international terminal.  Our team members often leave work on Friday to hop on free flights around the country and to other countries.  We're looking for FS, BE, or FE.  You can derive more details for the "official" listing for our Senior Dev roles.  Let me know if you want more detail.

Responsibilities

• Develop appropriate software and documentation according to Delta standards; delivering with Quality and Speed and based on business requirements
• Support and troubleshoot computer applications & systems as required, optimizing performance, resolving problems, and providing timely follow up on all problems
• Follow Delta standards and methodologies in the development and implementation of computer software
• Ability to work within a fast-paced team environment
• Determine feasibility, timing, and cost of api & web services development, interacting with business and product owners in order to define technical solutions for customer problems
• Production issue triage, management, and prevention
• Technical debt resolutions, prevention & code reviews
• Monitor metrics, problems, trends, etc., in order to determine solutions, required process changes, etc. always striving for more efficiency
• Peer review code submitted by other team members
• May perform other duties as assigned 

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Information Systems or any equivalent combination of experience, education, and/or training in computer systems development 
• 6 or more years of experience in IT project based environment Agile and preferably scaled agile experience
• Organized with an ability to prioritize workload, meet deadlines, and utilize time effectively
• Work with Project Managers, Development Leaders, and other team members to plan and develop effective applications 
• Accurately estimate deliverable timelines
• Continuously report progress throughout the development lifecycle
• Excellent analytical, technology, communication, decision making and problem solving skills
• The ability to transform business and functional requirements into technical solutions
• Experience with PHP and MySQL
• Experience with Laravel and Unit Testing preferable
• Experience with MongoDB is a plus
• Working knowledge of adaptive planning software development tools
• Agile methodology and JIRA experience are preferred
• Experience with RESTful web services
• Working knowledge of distributed version control systems
• Experience with git is preferable
• Experience working in a deadline driven environment while managing multiple projects
• Understanding of UI/UX patterns and best practices
• Authoritative experience with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript o Experience with ES6 and Typescript
• Experience with CSS preprocessors, specifically SCSS, is preferred 
• Experience crafting unit, integration, and end-to-end tests with Karma and Protractor
• Understanding of fundamental design principles behind scalable applications
• Proficiency with JavaScript frameworks o AngularJS, Angular 5+, and VUE.js are preferred
• Experience with RESTful web services
• Working knowledge of distributed version control systems
• Experience with GIT is preferable
• Expertise of front end development workflows and tools
• Experience with Gulp, Webpack, AngularCLI, and Yarn preferred
