Dear all,
According to the text in page 236 of the book, "the code for maximization of the likelihood and the computation of AIC/BIC can be found in the source of figure 5.24". I have dowloaded the figure source code, and I can find the calculation of the Bayes factor for each model, but apart from that, I am not sure on how to reproduce the numbers in Table 5.2. Could anybody give me a hint on how to proceed?
