permission to use astroML figure

Hi Jake, 

I really like your figure at 

http://www.astroml.org/book_figures/chapter6/fig_hist_to_kernel.html

illustrating the bias-variance tradeoff for the kernel density estimates

and would like to use it in my paper / thesis. 

Is there a particular person from the Princeton university press that I should contact 

to obtain permission to use the figure? 

Or are the figure and the code are both under BSD license?
