403 : Forbidden

Hi,

  I'm receiving a 403 forbidden error on a bug reporting product that had been working perfectly well, with no changes on our end.

  I am using my own user's API key which has "Owner & Payer" access to the space.

This request :

/v1/spaces/cdBBRwU8ar4z4uacwqjQWU

Hello,

This request to v1/spaces/cdBBRwU8ar4z4uacwqjQWU/tickets.json was banned because of forced requests of 1000 tickets consequently, i can remove the ban if your code gets fixed.

Hi,

  I see, thank you for your response.  

  I can see how the repeated requests could be quite a load once the server went to production.  I set 1000 as a generous upper bound but I hadn't expected the ticket report to have more than 1-200 tickets in it.

  I've gone ahead and removed the Feedback widget from Production, I've also changed the filters on the ticket report to be less inclusive, and set the upper boundary to 100 tickets.  

  I will try to be more careful in the future, sorry for the inconvenience.

Lee,

I have removed the ban. Thank you for handling this on your side.

One more note, we have changed total count of tickets per page to 100.
