Associate ticket from one space to other: Error code 422 Unprocessable Entity

Hi,

Urgent help needed!

I need to associate a ticket from one space to another. I can't do that via API, returned response is 422.

If I do curl via following command:

curl -H "X-Api-Key: <key>" -H "X-Api-Secret: <secret>" -H "Content-Type: application/json" -d '{"ticket_association":{"ticket2_id":104308603,"relationship":2}}' https://api.assembla.com/v1/spaces/<space_id>/tickets/12/ticket_associations.json

I get the error as: {"errors":{"base":["Associated tickets should belong to same project"]}}.

Moreover, I'm able to associate a ticket if it belongs to the same project/space.

Hi Sarah,

right now it’s not possible to associate tickets between spaces via API. Sorry for the inconvenience.
