Hi,

Does anyone have any suggestions for an H bridge motor driver that has digital logic instead of using the two half bridges to control it? What I mean is basically a "go" pin and a "direction" pin. I have found a few like that but they are much, much beefier than I need. I'm looking to control 5 motors that draw maybe .35A, .75-1A at stall. They will all move in the same direction at once, and pin real estate is tight, so I'd like them to all share one direction pin so I can use 1 pin for direction, and 5 pins for the individual motor controls.

So, per those requirements, has anyone used a motor driver IC like that?

Thanks,
Zak

Alternatively, I'd also settle for something that can take a PWM signal that also controls direction (like a servo would). I just can't spare 10 pins to control the 5 motors and would much prefer 5 or 6.
